Macaroni Casserole

Macaroni Casserole

Yields: 12 Servings


Ingredients:

3cups Cooked Macaroni noodles

1 onion diced

1 c mayonnaise

2c Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup

1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed

Salt and Pepper to taste



Preparation Directions:

Mix first five ingredients together. Add salt and pepper. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Dot with butter or margarine. Bake until nice and brown in a 9x13-baking dish for 20 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
